If you choose to share technical files or project data by email or another agreed channel, those materials may include Gerber files, drill files, BOMs, pick-and-place data, stackup notes, assembly drawings, testing requirements, and other manufacturing information. We use that information to review manufacturability, prepare quotations, clarify engineering questions, and support order communication.
Our inquiry forms are powered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service suitable for static websites. Form submissions may include hidden page tracking fields such as page URL, page path, page title, and site host so we can understand which page generated the inquiry and respond in context.

Project information is shared internally with team members involved in quoting, engineering review, production planning, purchasing, inspection, or customer service.

Please do not submit export-controlled, defense-restricted, or legally restricted technical data through the website form unless your compliance team has confirmed that sharing it with XFPCB is permitted.
