Quotation Basis
Quotes are prepared from the files and requirements available at the time of review. Changes to layer count, material, finish, BOM, assembly process, testing, quantity, or schedule may change pricing and lead time.
These terms explain how visitors and buyers should use xfpcb.com, submit technical information, request quotations, and communicate with XingFeng PCB about PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing projects.
The information on this website is provided to introduce XFPCB's PCB manufacturing, multilayer PCB, high-layer-count PCB, and PCBA manufacturing services. Product pages, technical descriptions, capability statements, and examples are for general reference and quotation discussion. Final manufacturability, pricing, lead time, and production requirements depend on your actual design files and agreed order details.
You agree not to use this website to submit false information, harmful files, spam, or technical data that you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for ensuring that files, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and project information you submit can legally be reviewed by XFPCB.
Quotes are prepared from the files and requirements available at the time of review. Changes to layer count, material, finish, BOM, assembly process, testing, quantity, or schedule may change pricing and lead time.
DFM, BOM, or assembly comments are provided to help reduce manufacturing risk. They do not replace the customer's responsibility to approve final design intent and product performance.
Production should begin only after quotation details, technical requirements, file revision, payment terms, shipping terms, and any special requirements are confirmed by both sides.
Customers retain ownership of their design files, technical drawings, BOMs, firmware, test procedures, and product information. XFPCB uses submitted information to review, quote, manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, package, and communicate about the project.
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, controlled file handling, or restricted communication method, tell us before sending sensitive data. XFPCB may decline to review projects that involve restricted technical data, export-controlled information, or files that cannot legally be shared with our team.

| PCBA components | Component availability, approved alternates, package accuracy, lifecycle status, and customer-supplied parts can affect price, schedule, and assembly risk. |
| Quality standards | Acceptance criteria, IPC class, testing scope, inspection reports, and documentation needs should be stated before production begins. |
| Shipping | International shipment may be affected by carrier schedules, customs clearance, import duties, destination rules, weather, and other factors outside XFPCB's direct control. |
