Quotations, Engineering Review, and Orders
DFM Feedback
DFM, BOM, or assembly comments are provided to help reduce manufacturing risk. They do not replace the customer's responsibility to approve final design intent and product performance.
Production Approval
Production should begin only after quotation details, technical requirements, file revision, payment terms, shipping terms, and any special requirements are confirmed by both sides.
Technical Files, Intellectual Property, and Confidentiality
Customers retain ownership of their design files, technical drawings, BOMs, firmware, test procedures, and product information. XFPCB uses submitted information to review, quote, manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, package, and communicate about the project.
If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, controlled file handling, or restricted communication method, tell us before sending sensitive data. XFPCB may decline to review projects that involve restricted technical data, export-controlled information, or files that cannot legally be shared with our team.
